About Me

I'm a therapist who focuses on meaningful work—not surface-level advice, but real understanding.

Life can get heavy. Whether it's anxiety, relationship stress, feeling stuck, or just a sense that something isn't quite right, it can be hard to make sense of it on your own. You don't have to come in with the answers here. You can show up exactly as you are, and we'll figure it out together.

I believe real change starts with understanding—your patterns, your emotions, and the ways you've learned to cope. When we slow things down and look beneath the surface, things start to shift in a way that actually lasts.

This isn't just something I guide clients through—it's something I've done myself. As a wife and a parent, I understand firsthand how complex life can feel—balancing responsibilities, relationships, and your own needs while trying to keep everything moving forward. Doing my own work—getting to know who I am, what I need, and what actually matters—has allowed me to let go of unnecessary stress and live in a way that feels more grounded and intentional. That experience shapes how I show up with you—not just as a therapist, but as a real person in the room.

I'm not here to "fix" you—you're not broken. I'm here to support you, gently call you out when it matters, and give you tools you can actually use, so you can build a life that feels more clear, more manageable, and more like your own.

I believe in creating a warm, collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Compassionate Care

Your experiences deserve to be met with empathy, not judgment. I create a safe space where you can explore difficult emotions without fear of criticism.

Practical Tools

Insight alone isn't enough. I equip you with concrete strategies and techniques you can use daily to manage stress, improve relationships, and navigate challenges.

Mindful Growth

Growth happens when we're ready. I meet you where you are and guide you toward becoming the best version of yourself.

My Values

What Guides My Work

Safety & Trust

The foundation of therapy is a trusting relationship. I work hard to create an environment where you feel completely safe to be yourself.

Cultural Humility

I honor and respect the unique cultural background, identity, and values you bring to our work together.

Collaboration

You're the expert on your own life. I see myself as a guide, not an authority—you set the pace and direction of our work.

Growth Mindset

I believe change is always possible, no matter how long you've struggled. Every session is an opportunity for new possibilities.

Personal Belief

"In my pursuit of development, I have come to learn that self-awareness is quite important. The view that I hold concerning the daily happenings of the world around my personal life and me tremendously determines my state of mind and my potential to enrich my lifestyle."
